Rancho Bernardo is nestled among beautiful rolling hills and canyons on the east and west side of the Interstate 15 freeway.

Being a few miles from the coast, home prices are lower according to Pagnotta. "Compared to the same square footage in a home in Carmel Valley or the coastal cities of Del Mar and Encinitas, you're going to get so much more for the money," she said. Rancho Bernardo has tremendous value."
